Fabric weight
Look for the gsm figure in the listing. 180–200 gsm is a standard summer tee; 230 gsm and above drapes like a premium streetwear blank. Sellers who state the weight and show a close-up of the fabric are more reliable than those who only post stock images.
What to check in QC photos
Ask for a flat-lay front and back, a close-up of the print and the neck label. Puff prints should be evenly raised, screen prints should have no bleed at the edges, and the neck tag should be stitched, not glued. Colour accuracy is the most common complaint, so compare against the retail reference under daylight rather than warehouse lighting.
Budget and platform
